Over £10,000 Secured for Back Strain Injury at Warehouse

Miss T’s duties involved handling parcels, with heavier items intended to be clearly marked and stored on lower shelves. However, on this occasion, a heavy parcel was not marked and was incorrectly placed on a high shelf. When Miss T attempted to retrieve it, the unexpected weight caused her to sustain a back strain injury.
