Mrs V – My overwhelming feeling is one of gratitude towards Aston Knight as I was very happy to receive the settlement.
I had trawled the internet after my accident and contacted a few companies. Several didn’t answer my inquiry; some answered and then lost interest. It was obvious to go with Aston.
Communication was always easy and during a visit to Manchester, I met with [my solicitor]. I was impressed.
The initial answer from the insurers was firmly negative. [However], I should have been able to go to the loo safely in a public place.
Finally we received an offer. It was entirely down to [Aston Knight’s] experience and knowledge. [They] maintained the pressure (and belief). I wearied but left it in [their] hands. [They] fought for a little more and I was fully satisfied.
The settlement was a plus in my life and reflected a loss of 12 months good health in my life.
I fully understood the system of ‘no fee, no win’ but ultimately I think Aston Knight had to work very hard for their ‘cut’ and for that I am very grateful.
I also very much appreciated the ‘tone’ of all our interchanges ( including the admin staff)
I would have no hesitation in recommending the company.
